Our centres
Te Aroha Kindergarten Association is the umbrella association for Te Aroha Kindergarten, located in Te Aroha, Country Kids Kindergarten, based in Waitoa and Tendershoots Kindergarten, also based in Waitoa.
All centres are well supported by the Association when it comes to budgeting for resources, support for staff, management and administration.
We maintain good employment practices, with a qualified teaching staff employed under the Kindergarten Teacher, Head Teacher and Senior Teachers Collective Agreement .
The Association Board of Trustees provides governance for the Association.
The Association has recently introduced a teacher’s scholarship for teachers wishing to further extend their professional interests and passions.
